another season. Cabot Cape Breton says the resort will open on Friday.
Like other golf destinations in the province, the start of the season will look a little different this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Provincial border restrictions don’t yet allow visitors from outside Nova Scotia.
The resort’s general manager Andrew Alkenbrack says interest from Nova Scotia golfers is high.
Cabot Cape Breton has implemented a number of health and safety measures related to COVID-19 including personal protective equipment for staff, plexiglass barriers in lobby and pro shop areas and changes to the caddy program. There are also modifications to food services, with two of its three restaurants open.
