Syria-Antigonish Families Embrace has received a generous offer as it fund-raises to sponsor two new families.
The chair of SAFE Mark Ballard says a donor has agreed to match all funds raised up to $20,000 from September 20th to October 20th.

Ballard says the response to the fund-raiser has been very positive.
He says the local community has been extremely generous to SAFE in its sponsorship and support of refugee families over the years.
