The Utility and Review Board set its weekly gasoline and diesel prices overnight.
Gas rose by 3.3 cents a litre. The minimum price for a litre of regular self-serve unleaded is now $1.67.3 in the eastern mainland. On Cape Breton it’s $1.68.1.
Diesel jumped another 4 cents a litre overnight. That’s on top of the 5.9 cent a litre increase on Wednesday when the UARB invoked the Interrupter Clause. The minimum price for a litre of diesel is $1.98.1 in the eastern mainland. On Cape Breton it’s $1.98.9.
