Premier Tim Houston will officially open the newly twinned section of Highway 104 in Pictou
County this afternoon. In the coming days, the final section between French River and Barneys River will open to traffic. Premier Houston will be joined by Public Works Minister Kim Masland, project officials and representatives from the surrounding communities.
