Three local lacrosse players are playing for the Junior Thunderbirds in the Junior National Lacrosse League.

Lucas Artibello, Liam Duggan and Mason Hughes,  all 12 year old boys from Antigonish , made the team .  They are traveling to Oakville Ontario in August where Junior NLL teams from across Canada and the United States will compete in a high level tournament.
