Westville has begun the process for closing two streets in town. Fraser Street – not to be
confused with Fraser Drive – and Middle River Road have been declared surplus by town council as neither road has been developed over the years.
Town council has directed CAO Scott Weeres to set a date for a public hearing to consider whether to close the two streets. After public input, the matter will go back to council for a final decision.
